What We’ve Done

Since 1993, with a lot of blood, sweat and tears, we have managed to raise over $3 million for our kids through innovative programming and revenue-generating initiatives. These are some of our accomplishments as a club:

· 4 World Rowing Championships 1997, 1998, 1999 (Emma Robinson) and 2003 (Barney Williams)
· 2 Olympic Silver Medals (Emma, Atlanta 1996, Barney Williams, Athens 2004)
· 1 Olympic Bronze Medal (Emma, Sydney 2000)
· 4 Pan Am Games Gold and Silver Medals (1999, 2007)
· 2 Commonwealth Gold Medals (1999)
· 1 Inner-city youth rower graduated Princeton University on a full scholarship
· 3 Inner-city youth rowers graduated Harvard University
· Only deaf kids rowing program in North America

2007 saw over 400 inner-city kids taking up rowing in an exciting partnership with the Toronto District School Board and the GTA Boys & Girls Clubs.
